To safely carry out improvement works, the following overnight closures are planned over the next two weeks:
Week commencing 3 August 2026
• M3 northbound J9–8 carriageway closed overnight on 3 August (21:00–06:00) for temporary barrier installation.
• M3 southbound J8–9 carriageway closed overnight on 3 August (21:00–06:00) for temporary barrier installation.
• M3 northbound J10–9 carriageway closed overnight from 4 August, for 4 nights (21:00–06:00).
• M3 J9 Gyratory East and West quadrants closed overnight from 4 August, for 5 nights (21:00–06:00) for northern bridge resurfacing.
Week commencing 10 August 2026
• M3 northbound J10–9 carriageway closed overnight from 10 August, for 5 nights (21:00–06:00).
