Below sets out the planned closures for the upcoming M3 junction 9 improvements over the next few weeks:

  • Overnight on Friday 29 May, Wednesday 3 June, Friday 5 June and Saturday 6 June we are closing the A34 at Three Maids Hill southbound and the A33 southbound from the Cart and Horse junction – Traffic Management works, Kings Worthy bridge work and camera movements
  • Overnight on Monday 1 June, Tuesday 2 June and Thursday 4 June we are closing the A33 southbound from the Cart and Horse junction – Kings Worthy bridge work and Traffic Management
  • Overnight on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 June we are closing the M3 southbound between junctions 8 and 9 (8pm to 6am) – M3 main line traffic management switch works
  • Overnight on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 June we are closing the M3 northbound between junctions 9 and 8 (8pm to 6am) – M3 main line traffic management switch works
  • Overnight on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 June we are closing the M3 northbound between junctions 9 and 8 (8pm to 6am) – M3 main line traffic management switch works
  • Overnight on Monday 29, Tuesday 30 Juneand Wednesday 1 July we are closing the M3 northbound between junctions 9 and 8 (8pm to 6am) – M3 underpass works
